Trust & safety

Know who you are dealing with.

Vyzit reviews business information, protects private messaging and keeps confirmed reservation details clear. Verification adds useful information, but travellers should still check each offer before committing.

How Vyzit builds trust

Clear checks at each step.

Business details, messages, reservations and payments each have their own safeguards.

01

Business verification

Businesses submit relevant details and records for review. Superadmins can correct verified references to point to authoritative public sources.

02

Real-client ratings

Ratings are designed around completed travel experiences, with optional context that makes feedback more useful.

03

Permission-aware chat

Private social messaging depends on follow-back or acceptance. Business enquiries use a separate, explicit route.

04

Moderation and reports

People can report accounts or content. Vyzit moderators can review, remove or restrict what breaches platform rules.

05

Booking records

Confirmation numbers, status history, receipts and check-in details reduce ambiguity between a business and traveller.

06

Payment clarity

Pay on arrival is the default. Where prepayment is enabled, the request and terms are surfaced in the reservation flow.

Your information

Your information should stay protected.

Privacy controls protect personal details, conversations and business information. Vyzit does not rely on hidden background location tracking.

Verification gives you more information, not a reason to stop checking.

Common questions

Check the details before you commit.

Review the business profile and use the enquiry to confirm prices, availability, terms and anything else that matters to your trip.

Can anyone message me?

No. Regular private messaging requires the correct follow-back or accepted request. A business enquiry is a distinct route tied to genuine interest in an offer.

Does a verification badge guarantee a business?

No. It indicates that Vyzit reviewed submitted business information. Travellers should still review the current offer, terms and communication before committing.

Does an enquiry mean I am booked?

No. A reservation becomes confirmed when the business accepts the details and issues the confirmation record.

What if plans change?

Supported reservations can show reschedule or cancellation actions and reasons. The relevant terms and cutoff should be reviewed before confirming.

How is AI used?

AI can assist with tasks such as drafting or checking information, but final verification and booking decisions remain subject to people and platform rules.
